Earlene passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023, at home. Born September 6, 1956, Earlene was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes Johnston. She is survived by her husband Joe of 45 years; son Jeffery (Chelsey) Landry, daughter Jolene (Alex) MacLellan; brothers Gary (Maggie) Johnston, Tommy (Gayle) Johnston, Joey (Janice) Johnston, Cecil (Christine) Johnston; sisters Raylene (Paul) Drysdale, Joanne MacDonald, Rose (Kevin) MacDonald; 3 grandchildren, Ella, Jackson, Amelia, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Earlene was predeceased by sisters Margaret Kokocki, Barbara Arsenault and Georgie Gale. Earlene worked as a business owner and secretary, and spent the last 35 years running the family business (Landry’s Vacuum Service) with her husband and best friend, Joe. Earlene enjoyed spending time with family, watching Jackson play hockey, taking in Ella riding her horse and playing with Amelia. She loved spending her summers in Northside East Bay, hosting family events and entertaining everyone who popped by. She truly loved doing things for other people.
