I will always be grateful for Brenda’s kindness and wonderful advice after she deemed me worthy to parent 2 of Dunfraes Wheatens. Josie and Teddy have brought joy to our home only due to Brendas loving care for her Wheaties. Brenda was always there to answer my call when I needed advice and her calming voice and caring way was so appreciated. I met Brenda because of a Family Celebration many years ago, I was one of Ken’s Police Instructor’s at the Atlantic Police Academy when it moved to Selmon Park from Charlottetown, PEI. During my Policing Career at the Halifax Police Department I had the occasion to work with his sister, Kris. Brenda’s love of Family was never in disrepute nor her love of her flock of Wheaton Dogs, a great and shocking loss. Condolences to her husband, her children, grandchildren and family.

Dear Glenn and family. We are so very sad to hear the news of Brenda's passing To say she was a gentle soul with an amazing heart is an under statement. To some it would seem strange that a Dog breeder could become a friend and confidant . But not to us. She cared about every moment with genuine interest and love. She was always there no matter the circumstances and She was special beyond words. We are thankful and better humans for having known her and been touched by her example.
