Tanner, Barry, 62, of Halifax passed away June 20, 2019 in Halifax.
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia he was a son of the late Morton and Evangeline (Lirette) Tanner.
Barry was retired from Camp Hill Veterans Hospital. He enjoyed meeting new people, going for drives around Nova Scotia, camping and the outdoors.
He is survived by son, Daniel (Rebecca) Tanner; daughter, Kellie (James) Potter.
He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Pearl Fiander of St. Margaret’s Bay; and brother, Raymond Tanner.
Interment will be held June 29, 2019 at 11:00 am in St. George’s Anglican Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a mental health charity of your choice.
