To Colleen and Family: I have known Donnie since the early 80's when I met him at the Coast Guard College, on Hazmat Course, in Cape Breton. My Condolences to the Hall Family, I met Ducky at the Civic Workers Club many years ago, him and a few of his friends would stop by for a cold one after work. He was quite but witty at times telling jokes and making everyone laugh. He would always make me smile. He was a kind, gentle soul. I will miss and think of him often. .Ducky will be missed by many
