CECIL COLEMAN SPENCER, 90, of Windsor Junction, passed peacefully to his rest on May 4, 2019 at the QE2 with loved ones at his side.
He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Alice Joyce (Wade); daughters Caroline, & Barry Boehner, Judy Sherman & Garnet King, Ruth, & Russell Carlton; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by parents, John Sidney and Elsie (Cruse) Spencer; siblings Annie Blois, Dorothy Watson, and Sidney Spencer.
Cecil was a jokester with a witty disposition, who enjoyed life with a smile on his face. He loved meeting & chatting with folks. He and Alice Joyce enjoyed flea marketing, camping with many trips across Canada & USA & 15 winters in Florida. As a painting contractor, he painted thousands of homes in Metro Halifax, making many life-long friends.

Committal will be at Brookside Cemetery, Bedford, 2pm on Saturday, May 11, followed by refreshments at R&R Carlton’s residence, 61 Charleswood Dr. Windsor Junction.
