Dear Ghislaine and Family,
We have just read about Mike’s life and many accomplishments. For us, we will still remember clearly the night in Cheticamp when Robert and I, Naomi and Nicola met you and Mike and we all had a rollicking game of cards in a campground shelter in Cape Breton. We had such fun that night! We remember how kind Mike was to our two children and how he never forgot to ask about them whenever we met him. That was a long time ago. More recently we remember our last visits with you and Mike. Mike was a charming host and interested conversationalist. We so enjoyed hearing about all your travels. We also share the love of the outdoors, of nature and of outdoor physical activities that Mike had.
Nous sommes reconnaissants du temps que nous avons pu passer avec Mike. C’était un homme bien sympathique, bien humain et bien intéressant.
Il nous manquera.
