Obituary of Mary Williams

Mary Francis Cecelia Williams It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Mary Francis Cecelia Williams (Kelly). Mary passed away at home on 21 April 2019 at the age of 78. Born in Halifax to Charles and Mary Kelly, Mary loved reading, baking, darts, bowling and shopping, but she lived for her family and friends. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who could be the life of the party or the first to offer support in times of trouble. She will be greatly missed. Mary is survived by her sons, Darryl (Victoria) and Mark; her grandchildren, Grace, Amelia and Zachary; and her siblings Chuck and Agnes. She was predeceased by her sisters, Patsy, Josephine, Ellen, Jean and Linda; and by her brothers, Tommy and Albert. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Diabetes Canada (www.diabetes.ca) or a charity of your choice. In keeping with Mary’s wishes, cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to TJ Tracy Cremation and Burial. The funeral service will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, 6th May, in Saint Agnes Parish Church in Halifax (6903 Mumford Rd, NS B3L 0A4).
