She will be missed by all who knew her, especially her “campground family” at the Plantation. It won’t be the same there without you Ruthie. Tony,Tracey & Carrie and family. I was so sorry to read about Ruthie’s passing. She and Tony are like older sister and brother to me since Gary married Ramona. Tony and Ruthie were the first people I remember seeing after my bad car accident in ’89. She always wanted the best for family and friends and would do anything for them. I loved her laugh. She is missed but loved. Thank you for sharing her with me. Take care and big hugs.
