I am so very sorry to learn that your beloved father and husband has been called away so soon. I did not have the honour of meeting him but do recognize him from the community at large. That wonderful smile is not one to be forgotten. The love in your family is obvious and may that love and the love of your extended family and friends as well as your beautiful memories help and comfort you now and in the days to come.
I extend heartfelt sympathies to you all.

I met Gary when I worked at Johnsons with Susie Tara and Lisa.
He was a great guy. Always a smile for you and everyone on any given day.
Chris enjoyed their chats while waiting for Susie and I after work.
Best times though were the Xmas parties!
A real good man!
Susie, Tara, Lisa, and Jody so sorry to hear of your loss.

I met Gary many years ago through Tara when I worked at Johnson’s. He was a gentle soul, a sweetheart and such a hard worker. Paul always enjoyed his company and looked for him when we went to work parties or other gatherings. We are both so sad to hear that he has passed and send all our love to Susie, Lisa,Tara, Jody and the entire family. Laura and Paul Herman

Our lives have lost a ray of sunshine when Gary passed. Les and I have so many memories of events, games, tournaments and many get togethers after bowling, ball games and hockey games. Gary was the life of any event. Our best memory is how kind and caring he was taking his mom, and her two brothers Bert and Dickie everywhere him and Susie went. They gave them the best years of adventure, fun, and love up to their passing. There is no doubting how Gary loved his family and his friends. Heaven will be filled with joy once Gary arrives to the arms of his mom and brother, but boy will we miss him. Till we all met again, rest easy ‘ol boy. Love the Harrie’s (Les, Cindy, Mark, Mike, Sheila, Andrew and Max)

Greg and I are so very sorry for your loss. We had the pleasure of Gary's company when Gary and Susie, Greg and I were just young in high school. Gary seemed to be a special guy who everyone could tell, just by the pictures and stories posted on Facebook, that he loved his family more than anything, especially Susi. It seemed Gary and Susie were together since they were so very young and had a love that only grew as the years went on. My heart breaks for all of Gary's family, especially you,Susie. I just know it will be a huge void in your life without him. But I do believe Gary is waiting to see your sweet faces again someday.
Our condolences and sympathy. Greg and Dottie Spinney

My sincere condolences to all of the family. There are so many memories of Gary over the years with myself and my family that will never be forgotten. Flora Briand, John Pollock and myself Peter Briand. We have so many memories with Gary and family. He was like the mayor of the community in Hatchet Lake. The memory I would like to share is the time we played crib at the Firehall. Gary and Dicky Deal were partners in the crib league. Well if you could here the joy we all had was precious. Peter
