My sincere condolences for the family, his siblings, and friends of Gordie Leon. He was always a fixture in our choir and catechism in the early days. Had a fabulous voice and enjoyed sharing his love of song and music with us . Always helpful and knowledgeable, he made being part of the choir fun and an enjoyable . He had an easy way about him, light hearted and witty. He was liked and respected by many in the community, and I am very certain his talent and presence will be missed . To his sisters and brothers who were a big part of my childhood, I am truly sorry for your sorrow in the loss of your dear brother . Gordie was a great guy. Rest peacefully in the arms of our Saviour.
