Hello,
My name is Blair Smith, and I am originally from the South Shore outside Liverpool, in a place called Hunts Point, Queens County, Nova Scotia. I had the privilege of knowing Angela over the past five years. She was one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met and had a remarkable ability to handle life's stresses with a grace that was truly inspiring. Her quirky sense of humor and her deep connections with those around her made her a beloved figure in both her personal and professional life.
There was a time when I was facing difficulties, and Angela was there for me. She opened her home to me when I was living off the grid in New Russell, Nova Scotia. We shared many meals, stories, and laughs together. Angela was someone you could confide in without fear of judgment, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in my life.
Angela's love for her two sons, Sam and Joe, was evident in all our conversations. Her dog, Sierra, was also a constant source of joy and comfort for her, particularly during her darker days. Sierra's companionship was a testament to the bond they shared.
One of the last messages I received from Angela was a few days before her passing, asking if I wanted my mail sent to Alberta, where I currently reside. Angela's kindness and friendship have left a lasting impact on me, and though she is no longer here in person, her spirit will remain with me always.
My heartfelt condolences go out to Angela’s family. I understand that this is a challenging time, and please know that all of her friends are here for you if you need support.
Sincerely,
Blair Smith
