I remember when my parents Jimmy and Jenny were getting married at the court house in Sydney. It was in a court room that had these big wooden double doors. Just when the officiant asked… Does anyone here see just cause why these two people shouldn't get married?… the two doors flew open and in run Ruby, I’m here! I’m here! We all stopped and looked and she just said. Ok, keep going. I wasn’t going to miss this! We all laughed so hard! She never missed a moment of Mom’s life. They never missed a day together. They were the true definition of best friends. I don’t have a single memory that doesn’t include Ruby. She will be forever remembered. I can just imagine her and mom up in heaven now!
