To my childhood buddy. I'll never forget our camping trip to nearby KOA as kids with my dad and, when it was over, telling him how sad I felt about you not having a dad growing up like I fortunately did, and I cried. But that didn't deter you. You always had a positive attitude, prioritizing others, making them feel good. The NS Department of Transportation (and Tourism) owe you recognition for your customer service excellence and local hospitality, exemplary of a Caper, from the deck of the Englishtown Ferry, by gifting everyone your smile, adding whit and a willingness to help others. Many memories from the kitchen with your mom Jessie present, entertained by keeping an eye on us, like when we squeezed oranges to our Vodka glasses for lack of orange juice, enjoying rabbit pie, and yes, some trouble we got ourselves into, which we'll take to our grave.
