I first met Cecil, in Number11, a very long time ago, while staying on weekends with my Grand parents. Cecil was always the same,, nice to everyone. Rip my old friend. Condolences to Marie, Dewy, and the rest of his beautiful family.

I will miss you one memory I have with Cecil Little Ray Donny Darlene one winter we was about 12 or 13 we was on the back road between international st and Dorchester st it was winter the guys was a big snow bank up against a Shed so they decided to climb up the fence in the yard beside it that their Shead was joined to it well Cecil Ray Donny Darlene could climb the fence I couldn't so they was having fun while I was laughing at them having fun next thing you know we hear Ray yell fuzz so they took Ray into the house so we decided to walk around to see what was going we didn't think we was hurting anything just having fun like kids do well Ray was coming out of the house I heard Ray say there Cecil Cecil said there Donny Donnie said threi Darlene and Darlene said their Debbie and she running a way bi hid under a step watch them get into the paddy wagon we was by Ray house I seen them take Ray home watch then go to Grandma place with Cecil then to my house then go up Dorchester st so I knew the drop off Donny and Darlene next well I thinking I was going to be in trouble I should have went with them I was the scared cat they was the brave ones we actually didn't get into trouble the cops told my mom not to punish me when I got home that we just kids being kids I never forgot that night we we did laugh about it good memories
