I was truly saddened by Mike’s passing.. I was fortunate to have him as my neighbor over the years, I could call him at any hour of the day or night. To Belinda and family and MacIntyre family I extend heartfelt sympathy. She was Mike’s ANGEL and he was so grateful for all she brought to his life. When he spoke of Belinda there was a lot of pride in his voice. Rest in peace Mike. You will be missed. Mary Merriam & family

My condolences to Belinda, Joey, Evelyn, and all the family .I always enjoyed my time with Michael weather it was cutting wood with him when he was feeling better or talking about his time driving buses in Ontario and Sydney . Belinda, we are so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We know how dedicated you were to Uncle Mike and the family is grateful for your compassion. Mike was a quiet man, who liked to chat one on one. We knew how welcomed we were every time we saw him. He was a genuine, pleasant man who had a great sense of humour and enjoyed a good laugh.
