My most sincere condolences … I was saddened to hear of Franks passing. I spent a fair amount of time with Frank while i volunteered at souls harbour. We took in many games of crib and he was always eager to share a joke.. even if we heard it 10 times already. A beautiful man… a caring soul.. I will miss Frank. and i will always cherish the wedding ring he gave me. Even if it is only a key ring . Rest Peacefully Frank.

My name is Nina and I am 9 years old. I am really sad Frank passed away.I would see Frank at Soul’s Harbour. He would put me and his wheel chair and walk me around. And whenever he had a bird on his hat or in his hands he would give it to me.He would laugh and smile and make everyone’s day.Souls Harbour will not be the same without him. I didn’t go last time to Soul’s Harbour but Mommy told me he wasn’t there. I miss Frank. I’m happy to go to his celebration of life.

Barry and I were sad to hear of Frank’s passing. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church many years ago. He loved talking to people, and always enjoyed potlucks. I am glad that I recently saw him while I was volunteering at Soul’s Harbour just before Christmas. I gave him a hug and let him know that we missed seeing him this past year, as he had some health issues. He was a good hearted person and will be missed by his friends.

I met Frank when Janice was a little girl through my grandmother Sadie Sampson. He was a kind and gentle person and always had a story to tell each time I saw him. Rest in peace Frank.

Sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. Frank was a regular at the Saturday breakfast until he could no longer navigate the stairs. Frank was always up for a game of crib and always telling jokes. I liked his hat with the birds hanging. He had a great laugh and sense of humour.

So saddened to hear the loss of Frank. I was a volunteer at Souls Harbour and had the great pleasure of not only meeting Frank but having many opportunities to sit and talk with him. Frank loved to tell jokes and I will not soon forget his favorite, “the quarter and nickle on the table”. I also had opportunity to have a couple games of cribbage with Frank and the banter was great! Frank would often sit outside Souls Harbour and when I was leaving my shift we would often just hang out for a bit and chat about fair weather things. Frank was a kind soul and I know he will be missed.
