I am so shocked and sadden by the passing of Billy. Billy was such a great neighbor for so many years, always there if you needed a helping hand, and always up for a good party, whether it was some kind of celebration or just a "garage party". I will always remember his great sense of humor and his funny sarcasm (usually at my expense). Please accept my sincerest condolences and know that my thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
