Gordie,
I have a lot of memories from younger years. The family parties when an uncle would come home for a visit and everyone would show up at Mom & Dad’s or Grandad’s. After a few drinks, guitars would come out and go for hours. Then, the times Uncle Gord and I would take my pop up and go hunting to meet up with you and Ross and Eric and good times were had. Gordie, you taught me to never give up on a task. One weekend when Uncle Gord and I showed up to go hunting and there’s Gordie changing the timing chain on his car. Middle of the month, no power, no phones and no help, but there he is finishing the job. No simple task under good conditions, but nothing would stop him from the challenge and getting it done!
