Hello,
I am a stranger. I am not sure if you will receive this, but I had to send it, hoping that you will. I had the privilege of meeting Jeff at a bookstore in Bedford, in 2008. He saw me looking at various business books and we started a conversation. He said something along the lines of “Let me guess, you are a woman trying to work in a man’s world”. We talked for some time and then he offered me a couple of books to read. He was such an enlightened human, so kind, so thoughtful, so generous. I was just going through some things and came across these books, some 12 years later. I decided to check the internet for his whereabouts with the intention of returning these books, which I should have done so many years ago. I am sorry that I didn’t return these and I wanted to reach out to tell you, his family, about the impact that he had on a strangers life, in a bookstore, so many years ago. I am so very sorry for your loss. Kate.
