So sorry to hear of John Neil’s passing. He was an incredible man who helped so many people and had a great faith. He worked with my husband, Charlie at the Machine Shop and was well respected there..heard many good stories about this gentle giant. To know him was to love him..Rest in peace dear friend. Our prayers are with all the Turnbull family at this difficult time.

I have so many fond memories of John Neil visiting us (Catherine Mackenzie (Turnbull) in Antigonish. John Neil always had a roll of dimes for my sister and l. John Neil had a smile that would light up a room. Sending my most heartfelt sympathy to the family.

I have so much respect for John Neil (and Gail). We sure had a lot of fun in our Kinsmen/Kinette days. And of course I saw John Neil at Mass in Reserve whenever I went there and we would always have a chat. My most sincere condolences to all of his loving family and to anyone who cared for him.
