Steve was a dear friend since primary school. So much fun, so many laughs, and as Jed put it, forever one of the boys.
Steve's perspective and his attitude towards life was enviable. Such a positive, carefree, pleasant demeanor.
Even when he got sick, he was still the same Steve to me.
Melody Drive was the best hang in Rockingham. It didn't matter if Steve wasn't home, you were always welcome and then had the pleasure of spending that afternoon or evening with Sandy, Mike, Pat, Mom or all of them if you were lucky enough.
I feel the same way about Steve's family, as I do for him.
Steve was a good dude, and will be missed.
Our sincere condolences to Sandra, Pat, Mike and Sandy.
Cherish the memories, cry a little, laugh a lot. I feel Steve would want it that way.
