Obituary of Daniel Joseph MacIntyre

Daniel J. (Dannie) MacIntyre Boisdale It is with profound sadness that we the family announce the sudden passing of Dannie on February 19, 2023. Born in Sydney on March 11, 1955 to Hugh and Sadie (MacLean) MacIntyre, he was a lifelong member of St. Andrew’s Parish, Boisdale. He began working as a CNR section man as soon as he finished high school. He earned his BBA through night classes at CBU. Later he moved to Montreal as a rail inspector which took him to many steel plants in Canada and the US. After this, he moved to Edmonton for a number of years and finished his career as Quality Assurance Officer back in Montreal. In 2006, he moved back to Boisdale to care for our mother who was suffering from Lewy Body Dementia. MacIsaac, Boisdale, Mildred (John d.), Stolarski, Langley, BC and Uncle John (Mae) MacLean, Boisdale. Special thanks to Drs.
