My husband Jay and I are deeply saddened to learn of Jimmy’s passing. He baked a beautiful Batman cake for our son Alexander for his 5th birthday after we got screwed over by another baker. Alexander has Autism and we will never forget the love and patience and kindness he displayed to Alexander when we picked up his cake. We were so grateful for his professionalism, empathy, enthusiasm and compassion. Although we had only that one encounter we will never forget him or that beautiful cake.
