Peggy, Lynn and family. Archie was not only a fellow soldier friend, he was a brother. After hearing of his passing, memories of Archie's visits came flooding in, one in particular when the door would open, without a knock and in would come Archie asking "is the tea on". Marty and I were so very fortunate to have seen him this past summer, a memory that I will take with me until my last days. Although not there in person, we are will be with you in spirit and prayer as you go through this time of grief.

I have many great memories of Uncle Ducky. When i was teenager , Margie and Ducky would drop in every few days to check in on us. He always had a way of making us laugh. He would often give advice, and always gave great hugs. His support to his nieces and nephews in need was constant. Rip Uncle Ducky!

Great uncle ducky was a grandfather figure to me growing up. From my earliest memories he was always around. His no nonsense brought out my best behavior both when I was a kid and as an adult. When I visited in June we went for a drive together little did I know it would be the last time I saw you. That drive was memorable then and moreso now. Thanks for the memories and thanks for not forgetting about us after my grandfather Orville passed away.

Hi Peggy so said to here about Archie he was a very good friend to our family and allways called me Mr Hockey and I allways returned it with Pretty Archie. My father Joe and my mom who passed away Dec 24 this year were great army buddies and had a long friendship . Our deepest condolences Gary and Francey Wilson .

Peggy and family. My sincere condolences on Archie’s passing. I first met Archie skating at Centre 200. Always looked forward to a band with him and then meeting up with him while x-country skiing at Lingan Golf Course. Archie was certainly a welcome fixture on the trail. He will be surely missed.
