Dear Maureen was an amazing lady who always put others first and saw the face of Jesus in everyone she met. Her heart was full of compassion for those whose lives were not easy, and I think she looked at her own life with an attitude of what can I do for one another. I’d never heard her complain or gossip and she truly lived the life of a Christian. Her work with SSVDP was always at the top of her “to do” list. May she enjoy all eternity with our loving God and Saviour Jesus Christ. Maureen, you were a hood and faithful servant to all.

Maureen was a beautiful person. She would help anyone with her lovely smile. She was a member of St.Pius Parish and so was I, on a Sunday she spoke about St. Vincent De Paul, they needed individuals to join. She explained everything about
St.Vincent de Paul and I joined. That is when through the years I came to know her. You couldn't find a more pleasant person.
Rest in Peace Maureen. Love Eleanor

Maureen was a truly wonderful, caring woman. I met her many years ago at St. Pius and have lovely memories and little mementos from her craft days. The past few years we’re not easy health wise but she can rest now in her heavenly home.

Condolences to family and friends of Maureen. I knew Maureen for a number of years and always enjoyed being with her on St. Vincent de Paul calls. She felt a deep concern to those who were going through a bad patch in their life and so willing to listen and went the extra mile whenever called for. She will be missed by all who knew her. RIP Maureen..

Dear Maureen’s Family,
We have known Eileen for about 40 years, first at St. PiusX and more recently at St. Benedict. She was a pillar in the St. Vincent de Paul Society at both churches and never tired of doing her part to help the less fortunate, particularly in Fairview. She served several years in various capacities within the Society; she never let rules and regulations get in her way when people really needed help. She was a truly Christian woman — and she loved to laugh! We will miss her very much.
Sincerely,
Patsy and Joe Murphy

We were neighbors of Maureen for 8 years. We couldn't have asked for a better person to have as a neighbor. Maureen was always up for a laugh, and we enjoyed our time with her. Maureen was also very good to our daughter when she was born, Maureen was Amio. She will truly be missed by our family and our hearts go out to her family during this time.
