My deepest condolences to the family. I remember seeing Phil quite often at sobeys bedford in his taxi cab. He was such a nice man and will be missed. I can see Arthur and Phil now having a drink and watching football or hockey. Gone but never forgotten ❤️

My old friend from days gone by. Could not believe it when I saw the obituary. Remember the times form Nova Scotain Hotel and Hilton. He was an organizer of Baseball and Bowling and get togethers with friends to enjoy life and laughs. Rest internal peace my friend and let the light shine on you and all.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. The few times I spoke with Phil after Arthur's passing was of great comfort. I felt a connection to Arthur when speaking with him. The hole in my heart is even bigger now. Phil was the big brother Arthur never had and adored him. A slight smile appears on my face when I think of them together, drinking, smoking and laughing. Cheers to them.

As a long time customer of Phil's I was saddened with the news of his untimely passing. I was always so happy to see him drive up because I knew the trip would be a fun drive. He was a kind soul and I'm thankful I had the pleasure of meeting him . We always traded funny stories about work and oh the laughs we had. Words are failing me here and I know he would have had something to say about that . My heartfelt condolences to his family .

We never drove in Phil’s cab but always saw him around and liked talking to him, listening to his stories when he was sitting in Sobeys parking lot Mill Cove waiting for a call. He always had a smile every time we saw him and you could tell he loved his job and was very much a people person. We saw him coming from the liquor store with a case of beer one day, he looked over smiled and said “it’s for the wife she’s an alcoholic” lol. Of course he was kidding as he talked about her and the family each time we ran into him, when he did talk about them you could see the love he had for them on his face. We will miss seeing you around Phil and of course your stories and beautiful smile. God bless your family during this difficult time. Rest well my friend

My deepest condolences to Phil’s family. I have been a customer of Phil’s for as long as he was with Satellite. He was such a caring and genuine person who spoke so lovingly about his family. The news of his passing saddens me so. I really considered him one of my people. My brother will also be saddened by this news. Please take care of each other.

We were lucky enough to live across the street from Phil. He watched our kids grow up and spoiled them along the way with treats and gifts he thought they’d like. He had the biggest heart always thinking and giving to others. We will miss his honk and wave as he pulled out of the driveway to head to work everyday. Our Sincerest condolences to Jayne and family x
