I wanted to send my condolences to Belinda's family. I know that Belinda had been ill for sometime and about her struggles during recent years. I hadn't seen her for many years. However, I have very fond memories of her during the years I lived in Halifax and of earlier times in Cape Breton. I send my condolences to all of you as you deal with her loss. I worked for many years with Belinda on 8A. She was funny, compassionate, a hard worker, a loyal friend and a team player. She cared for patients with thoroughness and dedication, she was respectful and authentic. She was an on unit wedding planner when the need arose, and an elf when Santa arrived every year. I am so sorry for your loss, please know that she will always be lovingly remembered by the 8A crew.

So many memories of Belinda! From movie nights, weekend bonfires, the many delicious meals and snacks she always had ready for us kids at the house and always a door open to welcome all of us kids. She really did out her kids first and she will be missed. My deepest condolences, Trish, Shawn and Stephen
