Her light will also live on in several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom was an adventurer, mentor, published writer and favorite teacher to many as she spent over 35 years nurturing Halifax’s youth. But mostly known as the driving force of the Nova Scotia German Shepherd Dog Club for over 60 years. Many will remember Reta for her dog training classes and time spent judging obedience and rally trials. Many thanks for the fantastic care and compassion from the staff at Northwood, Bedford.
