71, Hackett’s Cove. The family of Wendell Ingalls of Halifax, Nova Scotia is saddened to announce his passing on April 3, 2022. Wendell is survived by his wife, Dolores (Dolly); and 2 daughters, Shonda (Dave) Mader; Heather (Andrew) Parrott, grandchildren, Megan and Austin, Josie, and Andrea; brother, Allison (Barbara) Ingalls; brother in laws, Jim (Anita) George (Marylin), Dalzell; 4 Nephews and 1 Niece. Wendell was predeceased by brother, Barry; and his parents, Austin and Florence Ingalls. Wendell married Dolly on May 22, 1971; they had a treasured courtship. Wendell graduated from U.N.B in Engineering in 1974. He was employed over many years at Nova Scotia Power Corporation, Ontario Hydro and New Brunswick Electric Power Commission as a Senior Planning Engineer in Transmission System Planning and Generator planning. Wendell and his wife served the Lord Jesus Christ in their lives together. In his healthy years they enjoyed the outdoors, hiking walks on the beach, cross country skiing, picnics and bonfires and many memories going to Grand Manan and P.E.I with their family on summer vacations. Wendell was a man that loved his wife and family and cherished the times he spent with them and his precious grandchildren. Wendell worked hard and was a trusted friend to all who knew him. He is a tremendous loss of love in our lives and will be greatly missed.
