“Gert” – With hearts full of gratitude for a life well-lived, and the years that she was with us, we are sorry to share the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother. Mom passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side March 16, 2022. Born July 10, 1930, in Sydney, NS she was the daughter of the late Charles and Jane (Mortimer) Fraser. She was a member of the French Village Painters, and her paintings hang in homes throughout Nova Scotia.
