Obituary of John Roderick MacAdam

61 passed away on November 6, 2021. I’ve passed peacefully at home after a lengthy illness. I’ll be survived by my son, Connor (Paige); daughter, Bhreagh; sister, Peggy Lawson (MacAdam); mother to my children, Dianne Shaw-MacAdam; my precious grandchildren, Sadie, Emma, and Hunter. As well by my long-time partner Jeannette and our cat Keith and his name sake Keith Richards, both brought me great solace and comfort. I had a loving relationship with all my family, extended family, and friends, but I was especially close to my Aunt Mary and my Aunt Anne. I truly lived a wonderful and happy life, thank you to all who were a part of it. I love you all! Cremation has taken place; my ashes will be placed with my mom and dad in East Bay by family. A celebration of life is to be held at a later date. A service will be held at T. J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, Halifax, on Wednesday November 17, 2021 at 1pm. “I know I dreamed you a sin and a lie I have my freedom, but I don’t have much time Faith has been broken, tears must be cried Let’s do some living after we die Wild horses couldn’t drag me away Wild, wild horses, well ride them some day.”
