My sincere condolences to Ralph's family on his passing. I played fastball with Ralph one year and many seasons as an opponent. Ralph was a great ball player, but when I played with him, I found out just how great a person he was - friendly, helpful, and a very good teammate. I remember the summer we played together and he held a team party at his home. What a great time and team- building day. Ralph will be missed by everyone who ever met him. RIP Ralph.

Love and deepest condolences to Maureen, Jenny and Doug and their families and all the Pickrem family. We have had the honour and pleasure of knowing and loving Ralph for 47 years. Since the days of baseball games, his first date with Maureen, and the pleasure of standing at their wedding and the many Family special occasions and events that we shared together. Ralphie was a sweet kind and caring man who was devoted to his Family and friends. He will be greatly missed, forever loved and remembered.
Go get your wings Ralphie, you deserve them. Until we meet again rest in heavenly peace.
Love Nancy and Jim Kendall and family.

Maureen, Doug & Jenny. We are saddened to hear of Ralph’s passing.I hadn’t seen him for many many years but thought about him often. I worked with Ralph at Coca-Cola and there are many memories. All the teasing and joking we did with everyone was so much fun. I remember distinctly the time Ralph was driving back from Stellarton with the tractor-trailer in November and he stopped along the way to deer hunt. His luck was good that day. When he arrived at the plant he had the deer tied to the engine bonnet of the tractor…….well let me tell you that didn’t go over too well with the bosses. I also fondly remember the four wheel woods truck he had. We took a trip together with my truck and his back to his camp by Spider Lake….we all had a great day. So many great memories from a great man. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

So very sorry to read of the passing of Ralph. Him and his family was our across the street neighbor when we lived in Lr Sackville.
Yes, he was a big teddy bear. My husband went hunting with him and others, but he made sure they had everything they needed before they left. Not thinking of himself, when they arrived Ralph forgot his gun. That was remembered for a long time by us.
They were the best family to live next door to in case of need and the best friendship.
May God comfort Maureen and all families in this very sad time.
Rest in peace, Ralph. You were one of the best.
Memories last forevermore.xoxo.
