Chuck and family,
The scleroderma community are saddened by the loss of one of our own. Through our annual run/walk for scleroderma events, to our in-person lunch get togethers to more recently our monthly zoom chats, she will be missed. Joyce always had a smile. She freely shared her experiences living with scleroderma and learning from others. We will miss her dearly. On behalf of her scleroderma family we extend our deepest condolences on your loss. To the family,
I was so sad to read of Joyce's passing. Les and I had many happy times together with her and Chuck. A lot of of good laughs at the antics that would result when we got together. I was so looking forward to catching up with her sometime this summer when we would be able to visit again. I know your happy memories of her warm and friendly nature will bring you some solace during this very sad time. Deepest sympathies to all, Odette David

We send our deepest sympathies on Joyce’s passing. Joyce and I commuted together to work at the airport for three summers and it was a great time driving back and forth, revisiting the events of the day and always a lot of laughter. I remember running out of gas on the way home and her disbelief that my gas gauge wasn’t accurate. Thankfully the techs from work were driving by and saved the day and got us to the gas station for some gas. Oh the laughter from that story for the rest of the summer! Joyce will surely be missed. We’re thinking of you during this sad time.

I am one of those kids that Mrs Poulton was a 2nd Mom to as I am close friends with Richard growing up in Clayton Park.
When my Father passed away She and Mr Poulton asked if they might attend? They honored our family with their presence joining in his celebration of life. I will never forget this. I will miss FaceTimeing with her when I'm with Rick.

Linda, I know there are no words that can ease your heartache right now. You haven't just lost your mom but also your best friend. It won't go away but I hope in time the thousands of great memories and moments you shared will slowly numb the ache. My thoughts, prayers and condolences are with you, your Dad and your family. Someday soon I look forward to hugging you for a long time in person, hearing about your favourite moments with her and raising a glass to her memory and her legacy.
Hugs!
