Obituary of Rod MacLean

Roderick Edmond MacLean Glace Bay It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Roderick Edmond MacLean, age 86 at home. Rod was the son of the late Murdock and Flora (Strickland)MacLean. He is survived by his wife, Irene (Gardiner) MacLean, his brother-in-law, George Gardiner, many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Rod was predeceased by his father and mother, Murdock and Flora MacLean; brother, Roy (Helen) MacLean; sisters, Louise (Eldred) Wareham and Norma MacLean. Per Rod’s request there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Hospice Palliative Care Society.
