Uncle Ken was my mom‘s brother. The countless times he visited us in our various homes and we visited him in Ottawa has engrained so many memories. The one you’re going to hear most, is about how stocked he kept his crisper. Not with veggies, but chocolate!! The chocolate bars were more than any child could imagine. Chocolate bars of every type. It was like that one time I dreamt of living and inside an Easter creme egg. Just like that. Lol
We have been neighbours with uncle Ken for the past 12 years +. We really got used to seeing him almost every day. (Usually on foot) Either headed to a store, a walk, or a treck across Halifax. And in the past year, up in dads chair. :) he looked mighty fine in that big, red, leather chair. :)
Well Uncle Ken, until we meet again, rest easy. Love Terri
