Dearest Carole and family.....words are too simple to express our thoughts and feelings of Bills sudden passing. Eastern Passage and all the wonderful folks and friends now are left with a void that will never be filled again. Meeting you, Bill and your great family upon moving to NS is a once in a lifetime gift. My memories of he and you in the shed, welcoming all and anyone to your home I will cherish forever. His woodworking skills no one can match. The Christmas tree he made that year amazed me and I could not stop commenting in awe his talent. His multiple holding compartments for the different sizes of kindling again brought much comment and amazement. The wood stove was unique, of which I every time made comment of. You folks have always been so welcoming, kind and warm, just like the wood stove heat you provided us all. The joy in his face when we all would head out for a day tour in one of our many Skipper friends boats is one of my fondest memories I will hold close forever. The beer, not on ice but getting warm on the front of the truck, made Bill a unique gentleman, among so many other things, of which I have mentioned only a few here. I and my family have been truly blessed to have met and friended Bill and you.
All our love Preepers......
