My dearest grandfather, you were a man of the highest standards. I love you with all my heart. You will forever be in my prayers and I will live each day in your memory. I wasn't able to say goodbye but I just want to say I LOVE YOU , I wish I could hug you once more. I made a promise to you to make it to Vancouver, in which I am fulfilling, watch over me grandad, give me the strength to beat this. You are with GOD now, you are in my prayers. My deepest sympathies to all of Danny’s family. My memories are so vivid of sitting in the kitchen on Borden St. playing rook till 1 in the morning. Then eating cheese tea biscuits with Jan that your mother made. They were both so good to us. Danny always picked me as his partner , used to think it was because he thought I was smart and he liked to win. Over the years I think it was because he felt sorry for me! My thoughts are with you as you go through this difficult time. Linda Stevens

Marguerite, Marie, Martin and Gerry, Cindi and I want to share our most sincere condolences on Danny’s loss. My memories go back to when he worked at the Dominion store in Glace Bay but certainly to the many years he worked at The Co-operators. He and Marguerite were very good friends with Mom and Dad in the years they were agents together and there were many stories of their “adventures”. I had the pleasure of working with Danny myself for many years and witnessed his work ethic and the integrity he brought to his career. Danny’s legacy is his unwavering commitment to his clients and the personal connection he had with them. Over 90% of his clients came to the office to conduct their business and Danny was personally available to all of them and to have a chat. It is with great respect and sadness that we say goodbye to Danny. Sincerely, Dave and Cindi MacAdam
