Obituary of June Mildred Turner

June Mildred Turner Age 87 of Bedford passed away peacefully at the Halifax Infirmary surrounded by family and Rev. Katie Aven on January 17th, 2020. Born May 27th in Lakeville, NB, June is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Lewis Turner; daughter Ann Macdonald; son John; daughter in law Judy; granddaughter Jade; grandson Joseph Falls; brother Alan (Barb) Coneen; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Harry and Mildred Coneen. She studied business administration and was employed by Ray Fredericks Insurance for 25 years. Her love was her family above anything else. She loved to cook and bake, always trying out new recipes, gardening and knitting. A short funeral service followed by a reception will be held at Bedford United Church on January 31st, 2020 at 1pm. No flowers or cards please for the sake of the environment.
