Lew, Ann, and John. So sorry for your loss, I'm afraid we won't make the service as we're away but our thoughts will be with you. Just last week I re-told the story of how June saved me from embarrassment on numerous occasions. She always knew when I couldn't recall a customers name and would quietly bring in the file.
