Our hearts are broken with yours. Kirsten had the sweetest soul and her smile and laughter made everything ok in the world. She loved her "Uncle" Mike and we will always remember her sprinting down the driveway yelling ,Uncle, Uncle and running into Mike's arms. We love our Cape Breton family so much and are sending our condolences, thoughts, prayers and love to you now, and always. ❤ Mike, Joanna and Samantha

Sending love, hugs and prayers to you all during this difficult time. Kirsten most definitely had the best smile; always happy! Spending just a few minutes in her company made you quickly realize how important all of those little things in our lives really are; from puppy belly rubs and popsicles on a warm summer day to her genuine love of the Montreal Canadians, Kirsten had a way to make hearts smile.

I was so very sorry to hear this sad news. Kirsten's infectious smile and sunny disposition will live on in the hearts of those who love her. I was lucky enough to spend a bingo afternoon with her a few years back and we had many laughs. My deepest condolences to Helen, Jerome, Brooklyn, Mary, Edna, Jennifer, Jamie, Kyle and the entire family.

My condolences to the family, I personally never met Kirsten, but I have heard her name many times from my brother Christian. He loved their daily lunchtime ritual and he always smiled when talking about her. From everything I was told, she sounded like a wonderful young lady, and she loved to smile.

I had the pleasure of knowing this sweet young lady when I worked at Glace Bay High! No matter what time of the day I ran in to her in the hall I got a big smile and a hug! As a matter of fact no matter where I saw her I always got the same greeting! Your infectious smile and personality will be missed! Rest In Peace angel!

We are Diane and Richie Warren from Poplar St..We had the opportunity to meet Kirsten when she lived next door. We met her Grandfather Pius and seen how much he loved little Kirsten. She was delightful and friendly little one. She would come through the back to say hi and when they moved she was always remembered, sweet little Kirsten. In the time that followed, we would she her from time to time and stopped to say hi. We are so sorry for the loss of a dear soul. No doubt, Kirsten gave you a lot of joy in her short life. It is so hard to lose someone especially a child. Blessings and prayers be with you at this time. Take care....Diane and Richie
