It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Linda Marie MacInnis (Comer) 72 of Donkin on Friday November 22, 2019 at New Waterford Hospital. Born in Cape Breton, Linda was the daughter of late Eddie and Roy Comer. Linda loved her outings, whether it was her weekly bingo and monthly visits to Membertou with Paul. She loved her soaps as well as CNN . Jays chicken was moms favourite meal and she cherished her cat Min. She is survived by her son Daniel MacInnis (Dannyboy), daughters Dorothy Comer and Cecelia MacInnis ( PauI ) . She is also survived by brothers Wayne (Ruth), Eddie (Pauline), Blair (Marian) David (Heather) and Bernie.  Sisters, Gail  (Len), Christine, and Carol Ann (Blair). Grandchildren Kyle, Caitlin, Alex, Summer, Desiree and Hailey.  Great grandchildren , Tayva and Kyra, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Linda was predeceased by John, Ella, Dorothy, Gordon, Matt Somerton and a great friend Bernadette Briffett and many others for whom she loved.

A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held on Tuesday November 26 ,2019 at 11 a.m. at TJ Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St. Glace Bay. 902-849-4199.

Donations in Linda’s memory can be made to St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Donkin.
