Obituary of Michelle Helen MacIsaac

Michelle Helen MacIsaac, age 52, passed away peacefully on October 4^th 2019, at QEII Hospital in Halifax, NS.

She was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Helen (nee Luedee) MacIsaac, along with nephew and niece puppies Newfie and Sassy.

She is survived by her siblings Angela, Brian, Philip (Marion), Carol (Frank), Debbie (Jim), Michael (Jennifer) and Jackie; nieces and nephews, Marina, Stewart, Scott and Robert MacNeil, Quinn and Joseph MacIsaac, Helen and Stephen Etchagary and many great nieces & nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In keeping with Michelle’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial service will take place at a later date in Codroy Valley, NL.

A special thank you is extended to the staff of the Medical Day Unit at the VG, whose amazing care made them feel like a second family to Michelle. To the nurses that followed her in the hematology clinic and Dr. Darrell White, her Hematologist, a sincere thank you for your advice and understanding over the years. To Dr. Holly Zwicker of Crossroads Family practice in Tantallon, you were Michelle’s rock. The amazing care and time that you gave her made this crazy journey bearable for her.

In lieu of flowers or monetary donations, it was Michelle’s wish that you make a donation of blood products whenever possible. Always remembered, Always Loved.
