Obituary of Kyle Bradley John Lauzon

Kyle Bradley John Lauzon, age 33 of Edmonton, passed away September 10th, 2019, in Edmonton.

Born in Halifax, NS, he was a son of Gail Anne Voeltz and John Joseph Lauzon.

Kyle was a loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, uncle, and cousin. He was loved dearly by his family. Kyle was a great athlete and a better person. He was known for his infectious smile, his laugh, and his ability to make everyone his friend. HE was a proud member of the 2004 Halifax West Warriors Provincial AAA Champion Football team. He was also a member of several Halifax Mets baseball teams that competed at nationals. Kyle excelled at track and field, competing in 4x4 100m and held the provincial long jump record. Kyle worked at Hexion in Edmonton as a Professional Engineer and was on his way to a very successful career. He will be forever missed by everyone who loved him, and our hearts will always hold a special place for Kyle. He is in a better place in heaven and he is at peace.

Kyle will be lovingly remembered by his fiancé Sheryn Abrahim; father John Joseph Lauzon; stepmother Phillippa Lauzon; grandparents Margaret and Rudy Lauzon, and Barbara Voeltz; brothers Ryan (Crystal), and Kristoffer (Laura); sister Jessica (Jordan); nieces Morgan, Meadow, and Everleigh; nephew Taylor; aunts and uncles Bruce (Angie), Leanne (Tom), Rita (Laurie), David, Gina (Juan), Glenda, and a large extended family.

He was predeceased by his mother Gail Anne Voeltz and grandfather Gary Voeltz.

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18th, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, Halifax. (71 McQuade Lake Crescent, 902-835-4212)

A funeral service will be held on Thursday September 19th, 2019 at 10:30 am at Saint Benedict Parish at45 Radcliffe Drive, with Father. Simon Lobo officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kyle’s memory can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia Division.

Special thank you to his fiancé Sheryn Abrahim, who was the love of his life. The time he spent with Sheryn were the happiest and most fulfilling days of his life.
