Robert Gordon MacLellan

It is with a saddened heart that I announce the sudden passing of my dad Robert MacLellan on July 9, 2019 at home. Born in Dominion, NS he was the youngest son of the late Daniel and Jessie Margaret MacLellan.
He served as a radio operator in RCAF before moving to the States in 1959. Massachusetts is where he worked, fell in love, married and started his family.
Robert retired from Boston Flower Exchange and returned home to Cape Breton in 2005.
Robert is survived by his former wife, Susan Georges of 13 years; his daughter, Jessica Ayn MacLellan; two brothers, Ross and Allister and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2:00p.m. in Chalmers Cemetery, Ocean Ave. Dominion, with Rev. Alison Etter officiating.
