Camille MacMullin
Glace Bay
It is with tremendous heartache that I, along with my family announce the sudden passing of my beautiful mom, Camille Wilson MacMullin on Friday, June 14, 2019.
Mom was born Mary Camille Wilson and was the daughter of the late Joe Wilson and Marie (Winterbottom) Wilson. Mom had a smile that lit up any room and brightened anyone's day, her quick wit was sure to give you a chuckle. Mom loved to volunteer and had many great memories with St John's Church, The Vince Ryan and TJ Tracey's with our family. She was not just a mother to her only daughter Stacy, she was a best friend and they shared a bond that no one could ever come between. She was a proud mother-in-law to Jason and one of her most precious roles was being Nanno to her Diamond and Rainbow, Justin & Jordan who she cherished beyond words and their love for her was just as strong. She also loved her "fur baby", Buster so much. She was a true military wife & was so proud of "her Joe" who was the love of her life.
Mom will be missed by many people especially her sister-in-law Ann Boozan; brother-in- law Andre MacMullin; niece Arlene Kelly, long time friend Myrna Boutilier Murphy; niece Sharon Wilson, Roxanne Wilson, close friends Rosella & Wayne along with numerous nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Mom is predeceased by her parents, Joe & Marie Wilson; brothers John, Eddie (Madeline), George (Martha) and Jr.; sisters Mryna (Keith), Trudy (Jigger) and by "Her Joe" husband & best friend.
Mom is survived by her only daughter, Stacy (Jason) Turnbull; grandsons Justin & Jordan; sisters Sheilah White (Ray), Mitzie (Jack) MacLean, sisters-in -law Ann (late Billy) Boozan, Theresa (late Jr) Wilson, Winnie (late Mike) Chafe; brothers- in-law Andre (Arlene) MacMullin, Jim (Sharon) MacMullin.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 12-2 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Fr. Daniel Boudreau officiating. Reception to follow.
