Obituary of Frederick L. Wyatt

Wyatt, Frederick Lloyd – of Fall River passed away on February 12 at the Halifax Infirmary. Born on March 17, 1931 in Halifax, he was a son of the late William and Ruth (Norman) Wyatt. He was very active in his community, volunteering for many years at the LWF Fire Dept. and Community Hall. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, playing crib, growing vegetables in his garden, the 29 years he spent at his camp on Economy Mountain, and paddling his kayak on Kinsac Lake.
He is survived by June, his wife of more than 61 years; daughters Tammy Whalen (Thom) and Elisa Wyatt, and grandchildren Ainsley, Morgan and Laurel Whalen.
He was predeceased by his sisters Queenie Busch and Shirley Cuvelier; brothers George and Verne Wyatt and is survived by sister Bernice Hupman and sister-in-law Isabel Wyatt.
Service will be held on Monday, February 18 at 2 pm in St. Thomas Anglican Church, Fall River. Private interment to be held following the reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Thomas Anglican Church, 3534 Highway #2, Fall River, B2T 1H7 or a charity of your choice.
