Obituary of Sheree Gail Carrigan

Carrigan, Sheree Gail It is with great heartache and difficulty that we announce the passing of our daughter, sister, mother, granddaughter, and dear friend, Sheree Carrigan of Halifax. Sheree passed away at the age of 42 following a lengthy illness. Born in Halifax she was a daughter of loving and dedicated parents Harold and Carolann Carrigan. She was the loving and proud mother of Tyller Briand, sister of Daphne Carrigan, and granddaughter of Russell Carrigan of Huntington, Quebec. Sheree always had a smile on her face and was able to make fun of herself despite any situation, which in turn, put a smile on the faces of those who took such great care of her. She enjoyed reading, listening to music, and spending time with those she loved. Sheree loved animals and a special cat at Northwood named “Tana” was a constant companion. Sheree was predeceased by her grandparents Mildred and William Hudson. She will be missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Sheree’s life will be held in Northwood Manor, 2615 Northwood Terrace in Shirley Burnstein Hall, Northwood Centre, on Saturday, October 31, 2015, from 2-4 p.m. with Rev. Jim Anderson and Rev. Renee Clark officiating. Donations in Sheree’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society of Nova Scotia. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T. J.
