Obituary of Cecil Joseph McPherson

1929-2016 Halifax McPherson, Cecil Joseph, age 86 of Halifax, passed away in the QEII Camp Hill Veterans’ Building on January 19, 2016. He is survived by his brother Alfred (Gertie), Kentville, NS. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfred McPherson (Beatrice Ling); brothers, Wilfred, Russell (Warner), William (Theresa), Giles, Michael (Joan), George (Veronica), Thomas (Mary); sisters, Maud and Catherine. He was employed as an electrician with CN Rail in Montreal and in the mining industry in Yellowknife and Labrador. Cecil was a Korean War Veteran. Cremation has taken place. There will be a family service at a later date. Donations in Cecil’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T. J.
