Frenette, Paddy David, 48, of Porters Lake passed away peacefully on June 20, 2016 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Paddy was born in Halifax on July 27, 1967. He was a son of Meta (Chandler) and Fernand Frenette. Besides his parents he is survived by his daughter, Rebecca; sons, Joseph and Christopher; sisters, Paula (Renee), Pam (Lloyd), Patricia (David), Paulette (Robert), Penny (David), Kara; brothers, Peter (Sandra), Perry (Rhonda); sister in law, Darlene; extended family, Brant, Loren, Renee; many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Paddy was predeceased by brothers, Paul and Philip; and one niece. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation & Burial Specialists, Bedford (902) 835-4212. A Mass will be held in Saint Catherine of Siena Parish (6476 Bayers Rd, Halifax) on Tuesday June 28, 2016 at 11:00 am. A private family burial will take place at a later date. A Celebration of Paddy’s life will be held Saturday July 16, 2016 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm in the Royal Canadian Legion (703 Main Street, Dartmouth).
