Mark,Elise,Abigail,Colette, Lionel and family I had the privilege of getting to know Marlene over the past year. She was a kind and hard working individual who saw the glass as half full. Marlene spoke often about her family and how supported she felt by them and her co-workers at the Rehab Center.She regularly voiced about how”fortunate” she was to have a wonderful family and good friends. Please accept my heartfelt caring for you all. I was privileged to get to know Marlene when she took a nursing foot care course that I taught. I was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and compassion that I asked her to be an instructor for future courses. She spoke with such love and pride of her family. You guys meant everything to her. I just lost my mom and I know that you will miss her everyday for the rest of your life. I also know that you will feel incredible joy and satisfaction for the rest of your life for having had her love and caring. She will influence how you live and I expect you will give kindness to others just like she taught you. Be kind to yourselves. Her love will never leave you.
